What's the minimum order quantity?
500 units per model for standard bulk orders. Sample orders of 1–5 units are available first, in stock colors.
Can you produce appliances under our own brand?
Yes — private label (logo, color, packaging) and full ODM structural redesign are both available; see the OEM/ODM section above.
Do you provide safety certification for our target market?
Yes. CE, RoHS and ISO 9001 documentation is standard, and we can arrange additional market-specific testing on request.
How long is lead time for a first OEM order?
Typically 30–45 days after sample confirmation, depending on customization scope and order volume.
Can I get a paid sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order once confirmed.
